Our Mental Health Experience
LaQuanta Hobbs is the owner and lead clinician at Healing Is Possible PLLC. LaQuanta is a licensed clinical mental health counselor and licensed clinical additions specialist associate, with over fifteen years of experience working with individuals and families with mental illness, addiction and intellectual disabilities. Our experience enables us to offer a unique and effective approach to psychological care and overall wellness, which includes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy and trauma focused CBT and DBT. Interventions and techniques used are evidenced -based and backed by research to optimize results. Healing Is Possible specializes in healing the mind, body and spirt, with our goal being improving overall quality of life. We take a collaborative approach to mental health and symptom reduction by focusing on stress management, by targeting automatic thoughts and beliefs that influence symptoms and by exploring your past and its connection to the present. Our niche includes trauma, generalized anxiety, panic, major depressive and addiction disorders, treating children and adults. Life can be overwhelming and receiving support that therapy can provide can be beneficial to your overall healing.

Our goal is to focus on mind, body and spirit to improve overall quality of life. Our focus is to help individuals heal from past trauma and begin to understand and manage symptoms. Unlike traditional therapy, our treatment planning is strategic and individualized to meet you where you are at in the present moment. We aim to give you the tools to make changes in your life where you see fit. We use evidenced based approaches to optimize results. We provide teletherapy in a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan with evidenced based techniques and interventions to optimize results.
