Losing weight is more than just about food, it’s so much deeper; there are psychological components that must be addressed to reach and maintain a healthy weight. Everything we do, we do for a reason, even overeating and not exercising; my goal is to uncover the why, address it and assist you with changing current behavior.
CBT techniques are evidenced based and proven to be effective, but only if you apply them; like any program, you get out of it what you put into it. Just remember you can do anything you set your mind too and that I will be there with you every step of the way on your journey!
